The Process (in a nut-shell)

- Identify and detail the requirements you need to build a product that will help improve your business operations
- Visit our Request a Proposal and enter your requirements. Our experienced creative team will send you a obligation-free proposal with a non-technical working plan, a list of tasks to be carried out and an estimate quotation for the work.
- You can accept, reject or consider our proposal later, obligation-free!
- If you do accept our proposal, we will continue to collaborate with you further to ensure the requirements of your product has been finalised
- After paying the down payment, we will commence developing/designing your product based on your requirements. If you decide to change your requirements, this may incur additional fees which will be discussed as the project evolves. Again, we will keep you updated as the product progresses.
- Upon the completion of the product, we will hand-over all the necessary documentation/tutorials/designs etc. for your product
- Once we have handed-over the product, any remaining outstanding balances should be paid
- We will continue to keep in touch with you to ensure your product is working correctly. We will also give you our contact details for any support you may need for the future.

Do you provide support?
Of course! Unlike other companies, we provide all our customers with products from our Development Services with 3 months free support. This ensures that all immediate bugs can be fixed and make sure you don't run into any problems while the product is in your environment.
